摘要
目的通过测定各期血管瘤组织中糖皮质激素α受体(GRα)的表达,研究其与各期血管瘤的关系及临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测经病理证实的33例增殖期、19例退化期和13例退化完成期标本组织中GRα表达情况,以8例正常皮肤组织标本作为对照组。结果GRα在血管瘤各期标本组织及正常皮肤组织中的表达阳性灰度值分别为131.26±8.07,123.79±8.87,118.83±9.71,109.61±9.95,各期血管瘤与正常对照组差别均有统计学意义(P均<0.05),增殖期与退化期以及退化完成期的差别也有统计学意义(P<0.01),且随血管瘤退化GRα表达减少。结论各期血管瘤组织中均有不同程度GRα表达,GRα表达与血管瘤分期密切相关。
Objective To examine the expression of glucocorticoid receptor α（GRα） in each stage of hemangioma, Methods Sections of 33 proliferative hemangionms, 19 involuting henrangiomas, 13 involuted hemangiomas and 8 controls were inmmunostained for GRα, Results The GRα-positive gray scale in each stage of hemangiomas ,and controls were 131.26±8.07,123.79± 8.87,118.83±9.71,109.61± 9. 95, respectively. There was difference between each stage of hemangiomas and controls（ P〈 0.05 ）and there was also significant difference between proliferative and involuting, involuted stages（P〈0. 01 ）, The expression of GRα reduced with the degeneration of henmangiomas. Conclusion Each stage of henangioma has the expression of GRα and it is closely related to the stagings of hemangioma.
