摘要
绿色制造是综合考虑环境影响和资源利用效率的现代制造模式,是可持续发展的制造模式。在分析传统制造业对环境造成严重污染问题的基础上,提出了实施绿色制造的几条有效途径:首先要提高公众的环境意识;第二政府要加强立法,制定环境方面的法律法规;第三要加紧绿色制造工艺技术的研究,这是实施绿色制造的技术保证。文中进一步针对机械加工业、建筑业、化工工业和钢铁冶金业的绿色制造的新工艺技术进行了讨论和分析。
Green manufacturing is about the pattern of manufacturing with the goal of minimizing the environment effect and resource consumption, and is also the sustainable development model of modern manufacturing industries. In this paper, the problem of serious environment pollution caused by manufacturing industries is discussed. Several effective methods of implementing green manufacturing are suggested. The first, the people＇s environmental consciousness should be advanced; the second, the government should establish corresponding rules of law; the third, the techniques of green manufacturing must be researched, and this is the assurance of implementing green manufacturing. In this paper, the techniques of green manufacturing about mechanical processing industry,architecture industry ,chemical industry and steel industry are analysed.
