摘要
从制造战略角度出发讨论了绿色制造战略的内涵,建立了绿色制造战略概念模型,就绿色制造战略实施过程存在的障碍———市场、组织与技术进行了相应的分析,分析了市场障碍、组织障碍和技术障碍对绿色制造实施的影响机理;在此基础上提出了相应的策略。
The meaning of green manufacturing strategy(GMS) was analyzed by the use of strategy theory. The conceptual model of GMS was built. The obstacles including the market obstacles, the organization obstacles and technological obstacles were analyzed, at the same time the effecting mechanism of the three obstacles were discussed. Several policies were put forward to accelerate implementation of green manufacturing strategy.
