摘要
从可持续发展观点出发 ,论述了绿色制造工程的主要概念、内涵、方法和绿色制造技术的对策思路等问题。在此基础上讨论了环境友好的钢铁工业的命题和内涵。指出钢铁企业环境保护的内涵不仅是对污染物的末端治理 ,而且要强调从源头上阻止污染物生成的新策略。环境友好的钢铁工业涉及资源、能源的选择 ;钢铁制造流程的优化 ;钢厂排放过程的控制和排放物的再能源化、再资源化和无害化处理。同时 ,还要重视钢材生命周期体系的“绿色度”研究。最后指出 ,钢铁工业面向新世纪的时代命题之一是走绿色制造的道路 。
The concept and connotation of, and the main measures for “Green manufacturing” are briefly discussed from the viewpoint of sustainable development The issue is more closely dealt with in regard to the steel industry It is pointed out that adequate environment protection in a “green” steel plant does not merely mean a tolerate disposal of pollutants emitted from its operation units, but rather the effective implementation of a strategy whereby the formation of any polluting agents in any part of this plant is include proper choice and control of raw materials, and an untiring endeavor effort to optimize the complete manufacturing process of the whole steel plant
