摘要
绿色制造是人类社会可持续发展战略在现代制造业中的体现。绿色制造的研究和实施需要理论体系的支持。在介绍可持续发展战略的理论内涵的基础上 ,结合绿色制造的特点和相关研究 ,建立了绿色制造理论体系的初步框架。
Green manufacturing is a concrete embodiment of the sustainable development of human society in modern manufacturing industry. The investigation and implement of green manufacturing need the support of the theory system. In this paper, based on the introduction of the theory connotation of the sustainable development and combining the features and related researches of the green manufacturing, an elementary theory framework of green manufacturing is presented. In the framework, a series of theory outlines are included, which are the definition and connotation of green manufacturing, the definition and quantitative theory of “green” and “green degree”, the “three degrees” theory of green manufacturing, the theory of resource flow, the characteristics of the closed loop of material flowing, the characteristics of time, the characteristics of space, decision attributes, the characteristics of integration, etc. And further more, the closely mutual relations among these theory outlines are involved too.
