摘要
采用L9(34)正交试验设计,以溶剂种类、溶剂浓度、料液比、浸提时间,作为主要考虑因素,确定了竹叶黄酮的最佳提取工艺为:60%丙酮,料液比为1:40的条件下回流浸提3h。其中,溶剂浓度和料液比是两个主要影响因素,其p<0.01,达到了显著性水平。在此基础上,采用x-5大孔吸附树脂与聚酰胺树脂联用的方法纯化竹叶提取物,最终竹叶总黄酮含量可达78.97%。
The optimum extracting process of total flavones from bamboo leaves was obtained after using L9(3^4) orthogonal test plan. We selected four dements solvent type; solvent concentration; material-solution ratio and extracting time to observe their effects on the extraction of bamboo flavones. The orthogonal test results showed that the optimum conditions were: 60%, acetone, 3h, material-solution ratio 1: 40. The major factors affecting the content of total flavones were the solvent concentration and the material-solution ratio. Both of them had a significant effect on the yield (F 〉 F0.01). On the basis of these experiments, we used x-5 macroreticuler resin together with polyamide to purify the extraction, and the final content of total flavones was up to 78.97%.
