摘要
目的:建立西洋参中人参皂苷Rb1含量测定的现代分析方法,并对12种西洋参中的总皂苷及人参皂苷Rb1进行测定,以观察不同产地对其含量变化的影响.方法:人参总皂苷含量测定采用比色法,人参皂苷Rb1含量测定采用高效液相色谱法.结果:人参皂苷Rb1含量在62~1 230μg·ml-1之间呈良好线性,平均回收率为99.2%(RSD=1.69%).12种西洋参中,有10种西洋参所含人参总皂苷均大于4%,人参皂苷Rb1含量大于1%.结论:该法操作简便,快速,重现性好,结果准确,可作为西洋参质量控制方法.
Objective:To develop a quick, convenient, modern analysis method for the determination of ginsenoside Rb1 in Panax quinquefolium L. , to determine the contents of total ginsenoside and ginsenoside Rh1 of twelve samples and to compare the changes of the determined contents of samples origining from different regions. Methods: The contents of total ginsenoside were determined by UV-spectrophotornetry, and the contents of ginsenoside Rb1 were determined by HPLC. Results:The calibration curve was linear over the concentration range of 6g-1230μg·ml^-1 for ginsenoside Rb1 , the correlation coefficient was 0. 999. The average recovery of the determination of ginsenoside Rb1 was 99.2% with the RSD of 1.69%. The contents of total ginsenoside of ten samples are more than 4%, while contents ofginsenoside Rb1 of ten samples are more than 1 %. Conclusion: The developed method was found to be simple, fast, accurate and reliable for the determination of ginsenoside Rb1.
