摘要
应用大孔吸附树脂-比色法,测定了雪蛤大补素中人参总皂甙的含量,回收率为100.4%,RSD1.3%。
Macro-reticular resin-colorimetric method was used to determine the content of ginseng total saponins in Snow-frong Tonic Tablets, the recovery being 100.4% and RSD 1.3%。
