摘要
采用粉末冶金工艺制备铜石墨材料。通过改变石墨在材料中的含量(2.5%~30%),观察在不同摩擦速度下,材料摩擦系数的变化规律,并测出各对应条件下的磨损率。研究表明,随着石墨含量的增加,摩擦系数和磨损量减小。在石墨含量低于10%时,摩擦速度对材料的摩擦系数影响明显,且随摩擦速度的提高,磨损量迅速增加。当石墨含量大于15%时,摩擦系数稳定,磨损量并没有随摩擦速度的提高而明显增加。
Copper-graphite sintered materials with graphite content varying from 2.5% to 30% were prepared by a process of powder metallurgy. The variation of the friction coefficient of the material at different friction speed was investigated, and correspondingly the wear rate was measured. The results show that the friction coefficient and wear rate decrease with the increase of the graphite content. When the content of graphite is less than 10%, the effect of the friction speed on the friction coefficient and wear rate is obvious. Moreover, the wear rate increases quickly with the rising of the friction speed. When the content is more than 15%, the coefficient is steady, and the increase of the wear rate is slight.
