摘要
金属陶瓷是由金属基体、陶瓷成份和润滑剂等组成的多元复合材料。本文研究了金属陶瓷的金属基体含量、陶瓷颗粒、润滑剂的含量和粒度等各主要组份对其摩擦磨损性能和力学性能的影响规律。结果表明,金属基体含量应不低于75%,SiO2含量为6%、粒度为-300目,石墨含量为10%、粒度为-200目时,材料在100~350℃时的摩擦磨损性能较好。
Cermet friction materials are the composites which cosist of metal matrix,ceramic particles and lubricants. In this paper,effects of the content of metal-matrix,the size of ceramic particles and lubricant content on friction and wear properties of cermets were investigated, The results have shown that total metal content should not be less then 75%,and when content of SiO2 particles is 6% and size of the particles is-300 mesh respectively, the cermet has optimal friction and wear properties at 100~350℃
