摘要
研究了石墨含量和载荷等对青铜 石墨复合粉末热喷涂自润滑涂层干滑动摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明:青铜 石墨热喷涂层有很好的自润滑性能,石墨含量为6%的涂层抗磨损性能最优。
The content of graphite, load and sliding speed that influenced the dry sliding wear and friction of bronze-graphite thermal spraying coatings were studied. As a result, coating had a good self-lubrication property and the optimum content of graphite was 6%(mass) with which the coating behaved best in wear.
