摘要 在XP-5型高温摩擦磨损试验机上考察了MoSi2/SiC配对副在700~1100℃时的高温摩擦磨损性能,并用SEM扫描电镜和X射线衍射仪观察和分析了MoSi2/SiC磨损面的形貌与相组成。结果表明,MoSi2/SiC摩擦副在700~1100℃高温滑动时,摩擦系数随着温度的升高而下降;MoSi2的磨损率先随温度的升高而增加,并于1000℃达到极大值后下降;MoSi2的磨损机理主要表现为粘着、研磨和塑性变形等形式;对摩件SiC则随温度升高呈现出磨损增重现象,其主要磨损机理由700℃时的粘着磨损逐渐转化高温氧化磨损。 The friction and wear property of molybdenum dislicide (MoSi2) against SiC was investigated by using an XP-5 type high temperature friction and wear tester at 700-1100℃. Microphotographs and phases of the worn surface of MoSi2 and SiC were observed by SEM and X-ray, respectively. Results show that friction coefficient decreases with the increase of temperature, and the wear rate of MoSi2 rises at first when temperature heightening and drops after 1000℃. The wear mechanism of MoSiz mainly shows adhesion, abrasion and plastic forming in turn. However to SiC, mass-weighting phenomenon appears when it worn above 700℃, which is due to the serious oxidation effect when temperature heightening. It is the main wear mechanism of SiC that adhesion at 700℃ is changed to oxidation wear at higher temperature.
