摘要
为推进高职教育新的人才培养模式改革,对某些高职学校专业课教师进行教学能力的问卷调查。结果表明:高职学校专业课教师具备较强的一般教学能力,但特殊教学能力普遍比较薄弱。建议加大培训力度,明确培训重点,并改革职技高师课程体系。
To promote the reform of new talent-cultivating pattern of advanced vocational education, specialty teachers' teaching ability at some advanced vocational schools has been done through questionnaire. Results showed that specialty teachers of advanced vocational schools possess stronger general teaching ability but commonly weaker special teaching ability. It suggests that we should make greater efforts in training, define training emphasis and reform the curriculum of vocational and technical higher normal education.
