摘要
为了解新疆地区中学化学教师的思想、知识、教学技能与能力等基本情况 ,我们依据知识能力的传统分类标准和对有关资料及文献以及参照教育评价的有关理论 ,设计出具有一定信度、效度和可靠程度的调查问卷 ,并采取随机抽样的方法收集有关资料 ,对新疆地区 80余所中学化学教师进行问卷调查 ,并结合文献进行对照分析 ,提出提高新疆地区中学化学教师素质与能力的几点建议。
In order to learn Xinjiang high school chemistry teachers' quality and skill,we designed the test paper according to the traditional requirements,some relative references and the basic theory of pedagogy.The results have been obtained by adopting the method of random sampling and investigating 246 teachers in Xinjiang.This paper draws some conclusion on high school teachers' quality and their skills and makes some suggestions as well.;
