TIA性缺血预处理对大鼠脑梗死的保护作用

摘要 目的:研究血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在缺血预处理大鼠脑组织中的表达,探讨缺血预处理机制。方法:对雌性SD大鼠一周内行2次颈外动脉缺血预处理后,建立大鼠局灶性大脑中动脉闭塞(MCAO)再灌注模型,脑组织TTC染色检测梗死体积百分比,免疫组化法检测VEGF表达。结果:预处理组脑梗死体积百分比明显缩小(P<0.01),VEGF表达明显增加(P<0.01)。结论:血管内皮生长因子参与了缺血预处理对大鼠局灶性脑梗死的保护作用。 Objective To investigate the expression of VEGF in brain tissue of ischemic preconditioned rats,and to explore its possible mechanism.Methods Female SD rats were received twice ischemic precondition in one week,then the focal middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO)-reperfusion model were established.The percentage of infarct size in brain tissue were detected with TTC staining,the expression of VEGF were determined with immunohistochemical staining.Results In the pretreatment group,the percentage of infarct size was significantly reduced(P<0.01) and the expression of VEGF was obviously increased(P<0.01).Conclusion VEGF may play an important role in the protection of ischemic preconditioning in rats with focal cerebral infraction.
