摘要
目的观察cFOS蛋白在血管内皮生长因子165(VEGF165)基因治疗大鼠脑梗死中的表达情况,为临床脑梗死的治疗提供分子学依据。方法将Wistar大鼠制成永久性大脑中动脉闭塞模型,7d后断头取脑,用免疫组化的方法显示脑中cFOS的表达情况。结果正常组和假手术组大鼠各脑区无cFOS表达,梗死组、空载质粒组及基因组均有表达,以基因组最显著。结论脑缺血及VEGF165基因均可诱导cFOS的表达。
Objective: To observe the expression of c FOS in brain of MCAO rats with VEGF 165 gene therapy and provide some molecular evidence for clinical cerebral infarct therapy. Methods: A permanent model of MCAO in rats was established. After 7 days, the rats were killed and their brains were obtained. Immunohistochemistry to detect the expression of c FOS in rats' brain. Results: There was no expression of c FOS in rats' brains in normal group and sham operated group, while there were a lot of positive cells in those of other groups, especially in gene group ( P < 0.01) . Conclusion: Both cerebral ischemia and VEGF165 gene could induce the expression of c FOS .
