摘要
以乙醇为溶剂,借助超声作用,利用硅烷偶联剂γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH-560),对纳米TiO2进行有机化表面改性,采用FT-IR、SEM、TEM和重量法等手段表征了纳米TiO2的有机化程度和结构.实验结果表明:KH-560以化学键合的形式结合于纳米TiO2表面;经SEM、TEM及重量法分析表明,纳米TiO2的接枝率为2.97%.
Used Ethanol as solvent,silane coupling agent γ-ether oxygen trimethoxysilane(KH-560) as modifier,the surface of nano-TiO2 is modified by ultrasonic.FT-IR,SEM,TEM,gravimetric analysis and other methods are used to characterize the degree of organic nano-TiO2 and structure.The results show that: KH-560 is found in the surface of nano-TiO2 in the form of chemical bond from the result of FT-IR;The analysis of SEM,TEM and gravimetric analysis show that nano-TiO2 has a relatively high degree of organic.
