摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了纳米SiO2粉体,研究了各种试验条件对制备纳米SiO2粉体的影响.研究表明,以硅酸钠为原料,乙酸乙酯为潜伏酸试剂,用溶胶-凝胶法可制得粒径为20-40nm级的SiO2粉末,粉末的BET比表面积可达400m^2/g,最高可达503.38m^2/g。选用二甲基二氯硅烷和六甲基二硅醚对研制的纳米SiO2进行表面亲油性能的改性,改性后纳米SiO2粉末的表面结构特性及物化特性发生了变化,其孔结构更加疏松。
Nanometer SiO2 was prepared by sol-gel method. The effects of test conditions on the preparation of nanometer SiO2 were researched. The results show that the diameter of nanometer SiO2 made by sodium silicate and acetic ether lies in 20-40nm, and the BET specific area reaches 400m^2/g, and the most reaches to 503.38m^2/g. Dimethyldichlorosilane and hexamethyldisilane are used for surface modification of nanometer SiO2, and the surface structure and physical characteristics are changed, and the hole structure is looser.
