摘要
采用硬脂酸稀土对碳酸钙进行改性,并对改性产品进行了表征。硬脂酸稀土湿法改性碳酸钙的最佳条件是:硬脂酸稀土用量1%,改性温度90℃,改性时间40min,搅拌速度1000r/min。改性结果表明,碳酸钙由亲水疏油变成了亲油疏水;通过FTIR分析表明,硬脂酸稀土与碳酸钙以化学键结合。
It modified the surface of calcium carbonate by use of stearic acid rare-earth coupling agent, and characterized the modified product. The optimum conditions of stearic acid rare-earth modified calcium carbonate by means of wet method are: the dosage of stearic acid rare-earth being 1.0%, the modification temperature being 90℃, the modification time being 40min, and the stir speed being 1000r/min. The modified results showed that the hydrophile-oleophobic CaCO2 turns into lipophilic-hydrophobic CaCO3; the FTIR analytical results showed that the stearic acid rare-earth bonds with CaCO2 through chemical bond.
