摘要
基于243位农民工的调查数据,在分析农民工就业信息掌握情况的基础上,运用Logit离散选择模型对影响农民工信息需求的因素进行实证分析。结果表明:在诸多影响农民工信息需求的因素中,农民工年龄、婚姻状况、居住地、文化程度、技术等级、就业渠道等对农民的就业行为有显著正向影响。最后,针对性地提出了对策建议。
Based on a survey of 243 migrant workers,this paper analyzes the situation of migrant workers' employment information accessibility in use of Logit discrete choice model.It also empirically researches the factors influencing migrant workers' information needs.The results show that,among the factors that affect migrant workers' information needs,the factors such as the migrant worker's age,marital status,place of residence,education,technical level,and employment channel,have a significantly positive impact on their employment behavior.In the end,this paper puts forward some suggestions.
