摘要
如何使农民工在高速发展的中国经济浪潮中获得相应的利益,更好地融入城市生活是许多政府和学者所关心的问题。从农民工群体——集体层面的角度分析了新时期重构农民工群体社会资本的重要性和必要性,认为社会实体和社会网络是社会资本产生的基础,增加社会资本既要有良好的社会实体为母体,还要有社会网络为载体,所以要想提高农民工群体的社会资本必须很好地将农民工组织起来,并提高群内的整合和群间的链合。提出了组建有关农民工非政府组织这一过渡性质的非赢利组织的思路,阐明了其生成、运行和发展的机制,认为农民工群体组织的筹建,可以增加农民工的网络融入度、社会公共事务参与度和社会资本,是构建和谐社会,解决农民工城市融入问题的关键。
Peasant workers, as a special disadvantaged social group, are increasingly being concerned by governments and people. How to help peasant workers share the benefits that we have achieved during the years of rapid development and how to help them integrate into the urban life are the problems that governments at all levels and scholars concern. With the theories of social capital and social network, the article analyzes the importance and necessity of constructing peasant workers, group social capital. It takes the social entities as maternal body and social networks as carrier. The organization of peasant workers, the integration within the peasant worker group and their linkage with other social groups must be built up to increase the social capital of peasant workers, Building transitional non-government organizations could increase peasant worker＇s network integration, social capital and the ability to take part in social public affairs, which is the crux of the harmonious society building and the key to peasant workers integrating into urban life.
