摘要
农民工能力弱势的一个重要方面是信息能力弱势。当下农民工在劳动力价格、社会保障、公共产品享用、文化娱乐消费上表现出来的弱势很大程度上与其弱信息能力有关。本文考察了中国农民工的弱信息能力的涵义、特征和表现,探讨了农民工运用信息内容、信息方法和信息条件解决问题的信息能力。中国农民工的弱信息能力表现在劳动力市场、文化生活、新技术接受等不同的层面上。弱信息能力的成因可从不对称理论得到解释。文章最后提出了增强农民工信息能力的长短战略结合的理论思考,特别是准产业工人地位和市场结构交换能力。
On of the disadvantage of Labor Force from Rural Area is disadvantage of Information Capability. Currently, the disadvantages of Labor Force from Rural Area exhibiting in labor price, social security, public product fruition, culture and recreation consumption are related to their weak Information Capability. This article inspects the definition, character and embodiment of the weak Information Capability of China＇ s Labor Force from Rural Area, explores the Information Capability of Labor Force from Rural Area when using the Information Content, Information Method and Information Condition to resolve the problem. The weak information capability of China＇ s Labor Force from Rural Area exhibits in different lays such as labor market, culture life, new technology absorption. The origin of weak Information Capability can be explained by asymmetry theory. The article concludes by putting forward the short and long strategic thoughts to strengthen the Information Capability of Labor Force from Rural Area, especially semi - industrialist social identification and market structure exchange capability.
