摘要
本研究表明，槐胺碱（Ｓｏｐ）能增强电驱动的大鼠左心室肌条的收缩反应。静脉输入Ｓｏｐ后，可使麻醉犬的心肌组织收缩性增强，使左室压（ＬＶＰ）、左室任最大上升速率和心肌收缩成分缩短速度明显增加，血压和总外周血管阻力下降，心输出量增加。
The present study confirmed that Sophoramine could increase the contractile responses to the electrically driven rat left ventricle strip.The contractility of heart muscle,left ventricular pressure(LVP),left ventricular pressure development(+LV dP/dt),together with velocity of contractile element shortening(Vce)were increased by intravenous infusion of Sophoramine into the anaesthetized dog'bodies.At the same time,blood pressure(BP)and total peripheral vascular resistance(TPVR)were decreased,and the cardiac output(CO)was significantly augmented.
