摘要
iv 乌头碱30μg/kg 可引起清醒大鼠多种心律失常。槐胺碱13.3,15mg/kgiv 可使清醒大鼠室性早搏(VP)和室速(VT)的出现延迟,并明显降低室颤(VF)的发生率,死亡时间延迟,死亡率亦降低。结果显示槐胺碱有较好的抗乌头碱诱发的心律失常作用。
Sophoramine(SA)is an alkaloid extracted from Sophora alopec- uroides L.Its effects on aconitine-indueed arrhythmia were studied in conscious rats.Ⅳ aconitine can induce various arrhythmias in conscious rats.SA 13.3,15mg/kg delayed the onset of ventricular premature(VP)and ventricular tachyeardia(VT)and reduced the incidence of ventricular fibrillation(VF).SA also deferred onset of death and decreased the incidence of death.These results suggest that iv SA counteract aconitine-induced arrhythmia in Conscious rats.
