摘要
取300~450g雄性大鼠21只,随机分为三组,每组7只。Ⅰ组静脉注射1.0%硫贲妥钠3.15mg/100g,Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组分别静脉注射1.0%异丙酚1.0mg/100g和1.575mg/100g,记录给药后不同时期HR、MAP和±dp/dt变化。结果:静脉注射异丙酚后,HR、MAP和±dp/dt均较同组给药前明显降低,其降低程度随异丙酚剂量增加而增加。与等效剂量的硫贲妥钠(Ⅰ组)相比,Ⅱ组下降幅度与硫贲妥钠相似,Ⅲ组较硫贲妥钠明显。±dp/dt降低提示异丙酚对大鼠心肌收缩性有抑制作用,其作用呈明显剂量相关性。
Twenty-one male rats (weighting 300~450g) were randomly divided into three groups, with seven rats in each group. Group One was given 1. 0% thiopental 3. 15mg/100g I. V,Group Two and Group Three were given 1. 0% propfol 1. 0mg/100g any 1.575mg/100g I.V. respectively. HR , MAP and ±dp/dt were recorded. The results showed that a significant and dose-dependent decrease in HR, MAP and ±dp/dt was observed after administration of propofol. Compared with equivalent dose of thiopental(Group One), the decrease in Group Two was similar to that in Group One and Group Three more than that.The decrease in ±dp/dt indicates that propofol has a direct and dose-dependent depression on myocardial contractility in rats.
