纸基质室温燐光法研究氧氟沙星体内药代动力学 被引量:1

Study on Pharmaco Kinetic of Ofloxacin by Paper Substrate-Room Temperature Phosphorimetry

摘要 本文建立了滤纸基质室温光 (PS RTP)法测定人尿中氧氟沙星含量的新方法 ,并将该法用于人尿中氧氟沙星回收率和排出速率的测定。实验表明 :氧氟沙星在尿液中的平均回收率为 99.1 % ,相对标准偏差RSD <1 .7%。给药后 2 4h内的排泄率为 77.7% ,氧氟沙星最大药物浓度出现的时间为 2 .5~4h。 The ofloxacin concentration in urine was determined by using paper substrate room temperature phosphorimetry (PS-RTP). The result shows that the recovery of standard samples added to urine is 99.1%, relative standard deviation is less than 1.7%.The excretion rate of ofloxacin in the urine of three healthy volunteers′ was assayed by PS-RTP. The ofloxacin is excreted through kidneys in its original form,after taking medicine, the excretion rate of ofloxacin within 24 hours is 77.7%,the highest concentration of ofloxacin will appear between 2.5 and 4 hours. The method is quick and simple. The experimental results are satisfactory.
