摘要
用连续线性梯度聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术分离北京鸭血浆蛋白,在后转铁蛋白区Potf2发现了由2个等位基因构成的3种基因型利用Potf2的基因频率计算了现有北京鸭育成品系间的遗传距离并进行了聚类分析,将北京鸭的6个品系分成两类,这两类恰好分别作杂交配套的父本和母本,其中父系的Potf2A基因的频率显著高于母系;分别统计北京鸭6个品系和3种基因型的49日龄体重并进行了多重比较,发现品系的平均体重越大等位基因Potf2A的频率越高;3种基因型中AA型的平均体重显著高于AB型和BB型。
The plasma proteins of Beijing Ducks were determined by means of gradient polya-crylamide gel electrophoresis,and the polymorphisms in post-transferrin region, Potf 2,which was controled by two alleles,were observed. The genetic distance among somestrains was calculated according to the gene frequences of Potf2 alleles. The clusteranalysis showed that these strains could be divided into two types, which were bred assire lines and dam lines respectively in commercial production, and the gene frequencesof PotfZA allele of sire lines were higher than those of dam lines. The average bodywe-ight on 49-day old were compared among six strains and three genotypes of Potf2respectively. Highly significant relationship between Potf2 genotypes and bodyweightwas found. The strains with high gene frequence of Potf2A allele and the genotype ofPotfZAA had high bodyweight on 49-day old.
