摘要
用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分析了６５只商品代罗曼蛋鸡血清中蛋白质和酶的遗传多态性．结果显示，血清碱性磷酸酶（ＡＫＰ）存在ＦＦ和ＦＳ两种表型，其基因频率分别为３０．７７％和６９．２３％．乳酸脱氢酶（ＬＤＨ）可分为５条同工酶区带，即ＬＤＨ１～ＬＤＨ５，其相对含量分别为（３４．６±３．２）％、（２９．８±２．５）％、（２６．２±２．１）％、（６．３±１．３）％和（３．１±０．９）％．血清中转铁蛋白（Ｔｆ）、白蛋白（Ａｌｂ）和前白蛋白（Ｐａ）均呈单态．
The genetic polymorphysms of blood serum proteins with polyacylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE) were studied with 65 Romance chickens.Two types (FF and FS) of AKP inozymes were observed with gene frequency of 30.77 percent and 69.23 percent respectively.LDH isozymes were separated into 5 bands,ie.LDH 1～LDH 5.Their relative activities were (34.6± 3.2)%, (29.8±2.5)%,(26.2±2.1)%,(6.3±1.3)% and (3.1±0.9)% respectively.No polymorphysms were discovered in serum transferrin (Tf),albumin(Alb) and pre albumin(pa).
