摘要
提出以双频激光为光源,利用全息光栅衍射的多普勒频移进行二维位移测量的方法。对测量光路的多种方案进行探讨,筛选了最佳方案。
A method of two-dimensional displacement measurement is proposed,which uses double frequency laser as its light source and works on the principle of Doppler frequency shift of holographic grating difftaction.Diversified plans for optical trajectory of measurement ate studied, optimal one being chosen.
