摘要
针对通风发酵搅拌过程的特点，分析了涡轮搅拌器的特点及其局限性；引入了先进的、具有高效节能特点的翼型轴流搅拌器，并对其流体动力学的性能进行了研究。
According to the specialties of the agitating process in the fermenters with aeration the characteristics and shortage of the conventional Rushton turbines are analysed.The advanced axial flow turbines with the advantages of high efficiency and low energy consumption are introduced.Moreover,its hydrodynamic properties are studied.
