摘要
根据轴流式搅拌的轴流性能好、低剪切量、低能耗及低成本的要求,设计了一种具有扭弯叶片的新型轴流式搅拌桨(JH-2型)。介绍了JH-2型轴流式搅拌桨叶面曲面的设计、桨叶根部弯曲应力的校核、功耗实验以及制造方面的内容。
Optimized axial - flow stirrer with good axial - flow property and low - energy consuming property is designed. Presents the design, manufacture, intensity calculation and power- consuming experiment of JH - 2 axial - flow stirrer.
