重楼皂甙杀灭钉螺的研究 被引量:14

摘要 经实验室和现场试验,重楼皂甙5—20mg/L浸泡钉螺,48h钉螺死亡率为50.0%-100%.钉螺卵浸泡在12.5—50.0mg/L的药液中,24h以上均无幼螺孵出.现场喷洒杀螺的效果明显低于浸泡法.浓度大于10mg/L的药液,对鱼类有较大的毒性;小鼠口服急性毒性LD_(50)为5546.26mg/kg;家兔经肤的急性毒性LD50>2200mg/kg,说明该药是一种微毒性植物药. The experimental results in the laboratory showed that the mortalities of snails exposed to 5 ?20 mg/L of Rhizoma Paridis saponin for 48 h were 50. 0?00%;and no juvenile snail had been hatched after its eggs were exposed to 12. 5 ?50. 0 mg/L of Rhizoma Paridis saponin for 24 h or over. The mollusciciding effect by spray in the field is lower than that of immersion,A certain toxicity to fish was found when the saponin concentration over 10 mg/ L;and its LD50 to mice was 5 546. 26 mg/kg B. W. in the oral acute toxicity test,and its Ld50 to domestic rabbit was over 2200 mg/kg B. W. in the skin acute toxicity test. It is indicated that this saponin is a kind of slight toxic drug to untarget animal,when it is used as mollusci-cides.
