摘要
作者用放射免疫分析的方法观察了中药抗炎6号注射液(AI6)对大鼠腹膜腔巨噬细胞(macrophage,Mφ)cAMP含量的影响。结果证明:AI6对于甲酰蛋氨酰亮氨酰苯丙氨酸(Nformyl—Met—Leu—Phe,fMLP)体外激活的MφcAMP含量的增加有促进作用(对照组:34.01±3.48pmol/10~7细胞,给药组:41.68±2.76pmol/10~7细胞);在体内,能使小牛血清诱发的(elicited)MφcAMP含量增高(对照组:28.5±3.17pmol/mg蛋白质,给药组:41.0±4.13pmol/mg蛋白质)。
The effect of Anti-inflammatory Agent No 6 (AI6)on the cAMP content of rat peritoneal macrophages (Mφ) was studied in the present work. it was demonstrated in in vitro study that AI6, while showing no effect on the basal cAMP level in resident peritoneal Mφ, significantly facilitated the formyl-Methionyl-Leucyl-Phenylalanine (fMLP) induced increase in the intracellular cAMP concentration (control: 34.01±3.48 pmol/10~7 cells, test: 41.68±2.76 pmol/10~7 cells; P<0.05). In vivo, AI6 was found to increase the intracellular cAMP concentration of fetal calf serum (FCS) elicited rat peritoneal Mφ (control: 28.5±3.2 pmol/mg protein, test: 41.0±4.1 pmol/mg protein; P<0.01). The possible effect of the drug-induced change in cAMP level on Mφ function is discussed.
