摘要
本实验观察了玉米蜂花粉对鸡腹腔巨噬细胞功能的影响。结果如下：玉米蜂花粉组巨噬细胞随机运动功能、吞菌百分率、Ｆｃ受体Ｅ花环百分率与对照组相比均差异显著（Ｐ＜０．０５或０．０１）；与黄芪相比，玉米蜂花粉对巨噬细胞各项指标测定结果均未发现显著差异（Ｐ＞０．０５），显示玉米蜂花粉具有显著的提高巨噬细胞功能的作用。
The effects of bee pollen on functions of M in chicken in the present study wereobserved and summarized as follows:The results of M random migration,phagocytosis ratio and Fo receptor erythrocyte resette in the bee pollen from maize group were more favourble than the control group (P<0.05 or P<0.01).Statistic results of M functions metioned above were not significant (P<0.05),compared with Astragalus membranaceous B.The red sults suggest that bee pollen could improve the functions of peritoneal M in chickenmarkedly.
