摘要
介绍了3种生产醋酸的主要工艺:甲醇羰基合成工艺、乙烯直接氧化工艺和乙烷直接氧化工艺。探讨了这3种生产技术的经济性,并对近年来醋酸生产技术与工艺的最新进展进行了综述,其中包括乙烷直接氧化法、甲烷直接转化法和生物催化法。同时介绍了我国醋酸生产技术现状,并对其发展方向进行展望。
Production technologies of acetic acid were introduced： methanol carbonylation, Showa Denko direct ethylene oxidation and SABIC direct ethane oxidation. Economy of production technologies was evaluated. Recent developments in production technique of acetic acid were focused on, including direct ethane oxidation （ Celanese,BP and Mitsubishi ）, oxidation of methane （ Natural Resources Canada, University of Southern California） and Celanese biocatalytic route. Developing trend of China＇s production technology of acetic acid was discussed.
