摘要
在Ni-Zn/C催化剂上对乙醇气相常压羰基化的反应温度、乙醇空速、CO/C2H5OH摩尔比进行了研究。丙酸被认为是由丙酸乙酯不断水解得到,要获得丙酸为目的产物的最佳条件为:反应温度260℃,乙醇空速0.83mL/(g·h),CO/C2H5OH摩尔比为4,此时丙酸摩尔收率为65%,丙酸占丙酸乙酯总收率为99%以上。
The effects of reaction temperature, space velocity of ethanol and CO/C 2H 5OH molar ratio on the vapor phase carbonylation of ethanol were investigated under atmospheric pressure on Ni Zn/C catalyst. Reaction temperature of 250 ̄260℃ is favorable for carbonylation reaction. Propionic acid is supposed to be formed successively from ethyl propionate by hydrolysis. The yield of propionic acid obtained is higher than 65% at 260℃ with space velocity of 0.83ml C 2H 5OH/g cat·h and CO/C 2H 5OH molar ratio of 4, the yield, or the molar ratio of propionic acid to propionic acid and ethyl propionate exceeds 99%. The catalyst processes good stability over at least 30h at 250℃.
