摘要
以煤基甲醇羰基合成醋酸过程为基础,设计了一种醋酸乙烯及其衍生物的综合开发方案。对方案中所涉及的醋酸乙烯、聚醋酸乙烯、聚乙烯醇和醋酸乙烯-乙烯共聚物4个主要醋酸下游产品的生产工艺现状进行总结,并结合资源分布及产业政策的实际情况,分析和比较了每种产品不同的工业化生产路线,为相关醋酸乙烯及其衍生物开发项目的方案设计和技术路线的确定提供参考。
With the process of coal-to-methanol and carbonylation to acetic acid as the foundation,a kind comprehensive development plan of vinyl acetate and its derivatives were desighed.The production technology status of vinyl acetate,polyvinyl acetate,polyvinyl alcohol and vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer four main derviative products of acetic acid in scheme were summarized,and combined the actual situation of resource distribution and industrial policy,the different industrial production process of each product were analyzed and compared,It provided references project design and determination of technical route of related development program of vinyl acetate and its derivatives.
