摘要
采用ＭＴＴ掺入法及Ｎｏｒｔｈｅｒｎ杂交技术探讨了慢性肾衰大鼠脾细胞ＩＬ－２水平及其ｍＲＮＡ的表达，以及中药淫羊藿对其影响。结果显示，慢性肾衰大鼠ＩＬ－２ｍＲＮＡ表达量及脾细胞培养上清中ＩＬ－２的水平均低于正常对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５），经中药淫羊羹调节后ＩＬ－２水平及ＩＬ－２ｍＲＮＡ表达可恢复至正常水平。
Using Northern hybridization technique we investigated the expression of IL-2mRNA in spleen cells of rats with chronic renal failure (CRF),as well as the effects of epimedium sagittaum on the levels of serum biochemical parameters IL-2 activity and gene expression Results showed that in rats with CRF,both the amount of IL-2mRNA expression and the level of IL-2 in supernatant of cultured spleen cells were lower than those of normal rats (p<0.05).After epimedium sagittatum treatment ,both the level of IL-2 acitvity and the expression of IL-2mRNA returned to normal Epimedium Sagittatum could also reduce the levels of BIN and serum creatinine It indicated the Chinese herb medicine epimedium sagittatum has some immunoenhancing effects in rat with chronic renal failure .
