大黄藿苓汤对腺嘌呤致大鼠慢性肾衰PDGF的影响 被引量:3

摘要 [目的]探讨大黄藿苓汤对腺嘌呤致慢性肾功能衰竭大鼠肾脏的保护作用及机制。[方法]W istar大鼠灌服腺嘌呤复制慢性肾衰大鼠模型,检测肾功能、肾脏组织病理学改变及血小板源性生长因子(PDGF)表达,并观察大黄藿苓汤的影响。[结果]给药1、2组肾脏病理改变较模型对照组轻;尿素氮、肌酐、尿酸均较模型对照组低(P<0.05);给药组与模型对照组相比PDG F表达明显减少(P<0.05)。[结论]大黄藿苓汤对腺嘌呤致慢性肾功能衰竭大鼠肾脏有保护作用。其机制可能是抑制PDGF表达,进而抑制肾脏纤维组织增生。 [Objective] To explore the protective effect and mechanism of Dahuang Huoling Decoction on the rats with chronic renal failure (CRF) caused by adenine. [Methods] Adenine was given orally to Wistar rats to induce CRF. The kidney function, kidney pathologic change and the expression of platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF) were observed to evaluate the effect of Dahuang Huoling decoction. [Results] The kidney pathologic changes in the first and second treatment group were less severe than that in the control group. The blood Urea Nitrogen (BUN), creatinine and uric acid in the treatment group were lower than that in control group(P〈0.05). The expressions of PDGF in treatment group were obviously lower than that in control group (P〈0.05). [Conclusion] The Dahuang Huoling decoction has protective effect on rats with CRF by downregulating the PDGF expression and inhibiting the hyperplasia of kidney fibrous tissue.
