摘要
采用MTT比色法检测了中药冬虫夏草及淫羊藿对大鼠脾淋巴细胞转化、IL-2的产生及IL-2受体表达的作用,结果发现,中药冬虫夏草及淫羊藿在体内、体外均能明显地增强大鼠的细胞免疫作用。
Cell culture technique was taken to observe the effect of Cordyceps sinensis (CS) and Epimedium(Ep) on cellular immunity in normal rat. The results showed: 1). CS and Ep had mitogenic effects on the rat splenocytes. 2). There was no significant of spleen cell stimulated by CS or Ep from that controls, but in vivo, CS and Ep could promote the IL-2 production of the rat splenocytes stimulated by PHA. 3). The rat splenocytes absorbency to IL-2 from culture medium was activated markedly by CS and Ep both in vivo and in vitro.
