介绍长绒棉纤维和竹碳改性粘胶纤维的主要特性,探讨了生产18 tex长绒棉纤维/竹碳改性粘胶纤维(80/20)混纺针织用纱的主要工艺参数、技术措施和应注意的事项。用该种纱制成的成品针织内衣深受国外客商和广大消费者的青睐。
To meet the consumption need of people for functional and healthy fabric, 18 tex long-staple cotton and bamboo-carbon modified viscose fiber blended yarn of 80/20 blending ratio is developed. The article introduces the characteristics of the above fibers as well as the main processing parameters and technical measures of the blended yarn and the problems to be attended in producion. The underwear knitted by this kind of yarn is well accepted in the market.
