摘要
介绍了有机导电纤维的性能特征。有机导电纤维与棉混纺纱,采用棉条混和,在纺纱过程中,由于有机导电纤维的含量很低,为避免并合道数过多,造成棉条过熟过烂现象,采用一并时棉条不通过牵伸区的并合工艺;采用四道并合其混纺比较为准确。
Property speciality of organic conductive fiber was introduced, Sliver blending was adopted in spinning organic conductive fiber cotton fiber blended yarn. In the course of spinning, for the lower organic conductive fiber content, the first passage drawing out of draft zone was adopted to avoid immoderate drawing. Blending ratio is exact when four passages drawing is adopted.
