摘要
对羊毛、派丝特、羊绒纤维的性能进行了分析,利用新型紧密赛络纺技术开发了27.8 tex羊毛/派丝特/羊绒(50/45/5)半精纺纱线。详述了原料的预处理、和毛、梳棉、并条、粗纱、细纱、络筒等工序的主要生产工艺与技术措施,并对紧密赛络纺技术工艺参数的优选做了详细的说明,指出了其技术关键是控制双槽入口间距和吸风负压的大小,并从理论方面对于紧密赛络纱的强度增大、条干降低、毛羽减少的原因作了简要的分析。通过合理配置工艺参数,能够充分发挥紧密赛络纺的优点,纺出了性能优良的半精纺紧密赛络纱。
The characters of wool,paster and cashmere are analyzed,and the compact siro spinning method is used to develop wool/Paster/cashmere（50/45/5）27.8 tex and semi-worsted spinning yarn.This paper gives detail introduction about the major production technique and measures in terms of pretreatment of raw material,interlot,combing,drawing,roving,spinning,winding and so on.It introduces the preferences of technological parameters of the compact siro spinning.Meanwhile,it must be pointed out that the emphasis of the compact siro spinning technique is the yarn importation spacing of suction notches and air negative pressure,and makes a brief analysis for the causes of the increase in compact siro spinning yarn strength,evenness and the decrease in hairiness in theory.It optimizes the processing parameter allocation,and advantages of compact siro spinning could be used fully.The made semi-worsted compact siro yarn is of high quality.
