摘要
目的:初步探讨复方柴胡口服液抗抑郁作用。方法:采用小鼠悬尾实验及强迫游泳实验等方法观察复方柴胡口服液的抗抑郁作用。结果:在小鼠强迫游泳实验和小鼠悬尾实验中,复方柴胡口服液低剂量(生药4g/kg)能明显缩短两种“行为绝望”模型小鼠的不动时间,中剂量(生药12g/kg)能明显缩短小鼠强迫游泳的不动时间。结论:复方柴胡口服液对“行为绝望”动物模型有抗抑郁作用。
Objective： To explore the antidepressant effect of Compound Radix Bupleuri Oral Liquids. Methods： Using the forced swimming test and tail suspension test in mice, the antidepressant effect of compound Radix Bupleuri Oral Liquids was observed. Results： The low dosage （ dose 4 g/kg） of Compound Radix Bupleuri oral liquids significantly shorted immobility time in the forced swimming test and in the tail suspension test in mice. The moderate dosage（dose 12 g/Kg）Compound Radix Bupleuri Oral Liquids and Clomipramine hydrochloride significantly shorted immobility time in the forced swimming test in mice. Conclusion： Compound Radix Bupleuri Oral Liquids has an antidepressant-like effect in the despair animal models of depression in mice.
