摘要
目的通过分析中医药相关文献,探讨从肝论治痤疮的理论依据及临床常用方药。方法通过中国知网(CNKI)、万方、维普三大数据库进行手动检索1989—2019年有关从肝论治痤疮的中医临床观察类文献,建立数据库并运用SPSS24.0软件,对文献中所涉及的临床资料(性别)、痤疮类型、中医证型、方剂、中药进行统计分析。结果共检索出126篇符合要求的文献,其中从肝论治痤疮的患者群体多为女性;痤疮类型除寻常型痤疮外,青春期后痤疮、经前期痤疮占比最大;常见证型为肝郁气滞证;方剂多为自拟方,成方以逍遥散居于首位;常用中药以柴胡、甘草、当归、白芍、栀子为主。结论现从肝论治痤疮已具备充分的理论依据和临床实践基础,且对于常随情志变化、月经紊乱所致痤疮的成年女性患者群,从肝辨治是极为重要的。
Objective Through the analysis of relevant literature of traditional Chinese medicine,the theoretical basis and common prescription of treating acne from liver were discussed.Methods Through the three databases of CNKI,WanFang and VIP,we manually searched the TCM clinical observation literatures about treating acne from the liver from 1989 to 2019,established the database and used SPSS24.0 software,to analyze the clinical data(gender),acne type,syndrome type,prescription and traditional Chinese medicine involved in the literature.Results A total of 126 eligible literatures were retrieved.Most of the acne patients treated from the liver were women;the acne types were mainly post puberty and premenstrual acne except for common acne;the common syndrome type was stagnation of liver Qi;and the prescriptions were mostly self-made,Xiaoyao Powder(逍遥散)ranks first among prescription preparations;the commonly used traditional Chinese medicines were Chaihu(Bupleuri Radix),Gancao(Glycyrrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma),Danggui(Angelicae Sinensis Radix),Baishao(Paeoniae Radix Alba),Zhizi(Gardeniae Fructus).Conclusion The treatment of acne from the liver has sufficient theoretical basis and clinical practice basis,and the treatment of adult female patients with acne caused by emotional changes and menstrual disorders is very important.
