加味逍遥散对慢性束缚应激BALB/C小鼠行为学变化的调节研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:研究加味逍遥散对慢性束缚应激BALB/C小鼠行为学变化的影响。方法:将50只8w~10w龄的BALB/C小鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组、逍遥散组、加味逍遥散低剂量组、加味逍遥散高剂量组5组,每组10只。用特制束缚筒束缚14d,每天6h的方法制备小鼠慢性束缚模型。应激期外小鼠自由饮水和摄食,正常对照组和模型组给予生理盐水1mL/100g,2次/d;逍遥散组、加味逍遥散低剂量组、加味逍遥散高剂量组按1mL/100g体重分别给予0.3g/mL、0.38g/mL、0.76g/mL的中药水煎液,2次/d。给药结束后,采用旷场实验和鼠尾悬挂实验观察小鼠行为学变化。结果:与正常对照组比较,模型组正中央格停留时间延长(P<0.05),6min内不动时间延长(P<0.01),穿格次数减少(P<0.01),修饰次数有所减少,但无显著性差异;与模型组比较,逍遥散组及加味逍遥散低、高剂量组正中央格停留时间缩短(P<0.01),穿格次数增加(P<0.01),6min内不动时间缩短(P<0.01),修饰次数增加,但无显著性差异;加味逍遥散高剂量组与逍遥散组比较,穿格次数增加(P<0.05)。结论:加味逍遥散与逍遥散对慢性束缚应激小鼠行为学均有所改善,但加味逍遥散的调节作用更佳。 Objective: To observe the effect of Jiawei Xiaoyaosan on behavioral changes of chronic immobilization stress model mice. Methods: 50 mice were randomly divided into blank group, model group, Xiaoyaosan group, Jiawei Xiaoyaosan group1 (low dosage ),Jiawei Xiaoyaosan group 2 (high dosage ).The model mice of chronic immobilization stress were induced by putting mice into a special pipe. The behavioral changes of mice were observed by open-field experiment and tail hang test. Results: Compared with the model group, the duration of staying at the central grille and motionless time were obviously longer, the time of passing through the central grille was obviously decreased in Xiaoyaosan group, Jiawei Xiaoyansan group 1 and 2. Compared with Xiaoyaosan group, the time of passing through the central grille was obviously increased in Jiawei Xiaoyaosan group 2.Conclusions: Jiawei Xiaoyaosan and Xiaoyaosan could improve the changes of ethology of model mice, among which Jiawei Xiaoyaosan shows a stronger effect.
