摘要
目的:建立复方柴胡口服液(柴胡,黄芪,酸枣仁,香附,甘草等)的薄层鉴别。方法:通过薄层色谱鉴别制剂中的柴胡、黄芪、酸枣仁。结果:硅胶G薄层板,以乙酸乙酯-95%乙醇-水(18:2:1)为展开剂进行柴胡的鉴别研究,以氯仿-甲醇-水(65:30:10,10℃静置过夜取下层溶液)为展开剂进行黄芪的鉴别研究,以水饱和正丁醇为展开剂进行酸枣仁的鉴别研究。薄层色谱均能明显地检出制剂中的柴胡、黄芪、酸枣仁,定性鉴别斑点圆整,分离度好,易于区别。结论:建立的方法操作简便,结果准确、可靠,能有效地控制复方柴胡口服液的质量。
Objective: To establish TLC for Compound Radix Bupleuri Oral Liquids(Radix Bupleuri, Astragalus membranaceus, Ziziphus spinosa, Glycyrrhiza uralensis, Rhizoma eyperi, etc). Methods:The Radix Bupleuri, Astraglus membranaceus, Ziziphus spinosa, Rhizoma cyeri, Glycyrrhiza uralensis of Radix Bupleuri Oral liquids were indentified by TLC. Results:The ethyl acetate-95 % -ethanol- water( 18:2: 1)was used as the developer for the identification of Radix Buplauri on silica gel G coating plate. The choroform- methyl alcohol- water(65:30:10)was used as the developer for the identification of Astragalus membranaceus on silica gel G coating plate. The water staturated n - butanol was used as the developer for the indentification of Ziziphus spinosa on silica gel G coating plate. The Radix Bupleuri, Astragalus membranaceus, Ziziphus spinosa were well identified by TLC. The studies showed that spot of naringoside on TLC. Conclusion :The method is simple, accurate and can be used for the quality control of Compound Radix Bupleuri Oral Liquids.
