摘要
调动农民全面建设小康社会的积极性,必须切实保护农民的合法权益。这就要求加强政治制度建设,让农民能充分行使政治权力,保障他们的政治权利和自由,以政治制度建设作为维护农民权益的基石。
The farmers＇ legal rights and interests must be fully defended in order to arouse their initiative of building overall welloff society. So the politicial institution construction must be strengthened to enable farmers to fully exercise the political power and guarantee their political rights and freedom. The political institution should be built furtherly as the cornerstone of protecting the farmers＇ interests.
