信息流量与政治稳定 被引量：19

摘要 信息流量 ① 虽不是政治稳定的决定性因素 ,但它对政治稳定有着直接的关系。信息低量或许可以暂时确保政治稳定 ,但长期的信息低量会导致信息贫困 ,表面上的超稳定恰恰是政治危机的前夜 ;信息超量虽然为社会成员间的沟通和政治意愿的表达等创造了有利的条件 ,但也削弱了社会的控制力 ,特别是互联网的交互性、共时性、开放性和跨地域性等特点 ,信息超量必然导致信息污染 ,这将给政治稳定产生严重威胁。今天 ,中国社会处于转型时期 ,互联网的巨大信息流动也对中国政治稳定产生极大的冲击 ,抵御信息对中国政治稳定的冲击 ,关键是控制信息适量流动。
