摘要
介绍了微波烧结原理与特点、微波烧结设备与工艺参数以及微波烧结技术在陶瓷材料领域中的应用和所取得的研究成果。同时也指出了目前微波烧结应用中有待进一步研究和开拓的问题。
Principles, characteristics and equipment of microwave sintering are introduced for ceramics.This paper introduced the coefficient of microwave sintering and its application technic. The existing problems to be solved urgently for the application of microwave sintering are listed.
